3. Products & License

Our Products are digital ebooks and learning materials delivered as downloadable files. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Products for your own personal or professional development. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the Products with third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials on this site remain the property of Euri Digitals.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including: unlawful use, fraud, spam, infringement of intellectual property, distribution of malware, scraping, or interference with security.

6. Payment & Billing

Payments are processed by our payment partners, Stripe and PayPal. By completing a purchase, you also agree to the applicable payment processor's terms. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

7. Service Level

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free performance.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Seller's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
